How BRI makes the difference      

Biomass Resources, Inc. offers on-site consulting and management for pre-existing chip labs and chip classifiers. BRI currently runs numerous on-site chip testing facilities at various pulp mills throughout North America. On-site independent contractors from BRI maintain all equipment, processes, and data while typically utilizing CHIP MACS software program to monitor and maintain optimal chip quality at that particular facility. In addition, if your facility currently does not utilize on-site testing, BRI offers chip lab design and chip sampling seminars for all types of facilities.

BRI independent facility in West Point, VA has been working with Gradex and their chip classifiers since 2001. Through intricate analysis and trials BRI has developed methods that allow up to 100 samples being run, analyzed, and monitored per day by a 2 people, Gradex, and CHIP MACS software integration.

Although large scale Gradex chip classifiers are preferred by BRI for sampling consistency and production, BRI can alter, fix, and tweek any classifier from Chip Class to Rader. BRI has also developed specific techniques to cure things such as the, “Rader Disease”, Chip Quality has been our focus since 1995 we have been studying, analyzing, and correcting all chip classifying machines to ensure chip samples are accurately monitoring actual chip quality for your facility. Chip sampling in many ways is your foundation for ensuring optimal chip quality specifications.
